Career Technical Education Charter High School Celebrates 1st Graduating Class of 2022.

Fresno County Board of Education Member Martinez joined Superintendent Jim Yovino and fellow board members in recognizing and celebrating the CTEC’s 1st Graduating Class of 2022.

CTEC is the first charter high school under the Office of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools that provides accelerated school courses for students, preparing them for careers in commercial construction and advanced manufacturing.

CTEC represents $6 million investment in career technical education in Fresno County thereby enhancing Fresno’s overall economy and empowering its workforce. In May of 2022, the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools and County Board of Education opened an $8 million All Purpose Room for recreational, athletic, and meeting purposes.

I’m proud a proud supporter of career technical education and will continue to advocate and champion for further investments in career pathways that support local trades in Fresno County.
